A Family Congregation

Temple Israel Ner Tamid (TINT) is a dynamic, Reform Jewish congregation in Mayfield Heights, Ohio just outside Cleveland.

“Haimish” - Yiddish for the warm, comfortable feeling you get spending time with old friends - is used frequently to describe our congregation led by our enthusiastic Rabbi, Matthew Eisenberg.

Here, all are welcome and encouraged to participate in Jewish-themed adult education classes, special events such as our monthly potluck Oneg Shabbat, birthday and anniversary blessings, congregational Sedersand lifecycle events.
It is a common sight to see children of all ages, even preschoolers and toddlers, in the sanctuary during our Friday night Shabbat services featuring Cantorial Soloist Rachel Eisenberg.

We offer a religious school for grades K – 10 and educational classes for teens and adults. Our Temple has a very strong commitment to the community sponsoring a monthly hunger relief program at St. Aloysius Church and providing numerous opportunities for members to volunteer for social action projects. Interfaith families make up nearly 30% of our of 325 family membership.
